We image the UpTheVote901 Organizer as a self-motivated person who shares values around political equity and had the hard and soft organizing skills and habits to support our short-term efforts. This position relies heavily on the ability to build relationships through 1:1 conversations and collaborate with partner organizations around the issues that drive our community. The ideal has experience in labor and/or field organizing and is familiar with common tools of the trade.
