#ANNOUNCEMENT: (PLEASE SHARE THIS WIDELY)

Below you will find a link to a #survey that seeks to understand the COVID-19 related needs of people in communities of color in Memphis, Tennessee. The survey was developed by the Office of Institutional Research at LeMoyne-Owen College.

The information from the survey will be used to assist the Shelby County Health Department develop strategies for addressing the COVID-19 pandemic in ways that are consistent with the needs of individuals in our communities.

We ask that you forward this survey to members of the communities you serve. Please ask them to take a few minutes to complete the survey considering the concerns they might have about their community.

Completed surveys will automatically link back to the Office of Institutional Research at LeMoyne-Owen College.

If community members need a hard copy of the survey, please contact me and I will provide one for you; hard copies of completed surveys can be returned to me.

Individual responses will not be shared.

The Office of Institutional Research will only report summary data. We appreciate your time and insight.
